moved back to the nyc area from time down south with family. it’s all familiar and new again. the melting pot, one love.

i left nyc in 2013 for family concerns. i figured while i was away i’d see if i could improve my rudimentary understanding of drawing. much respect to the memory of andrew loomis who kept me going, showing me how to have fun with a pencil. most of that journey is here to see in the drawing section.
when animating, a lot of time is spent watching the whirling and flashing. the active still spaces, the dynamic transitions. finessing the curves, planning the edits. here’s my best.
cinema4d with the mograph module sealed the deal. vray and zbrush soon followed. i had fun making a bunch of stuff for folk. check out some of it in the 3d section.
